Suraj Narayan Pareek Mahila Teacher Training College, Pushkar (Ajmer) was established in the reminiscence of Late Shri Suraj Narayan Ji Pareek an well-known Advocate of Rajasthan High Court Jaipur & Jodhpur and Rajasthan Revenue Board Ajmer, An Advocate, Social Worker, Philantherapist, Mahanagar Sanghchalak of Rashtriya Swayam Sewak Sangh Ajmer Division and Educationist self.
This college was established in Tirtha Raj Pushkar 13kms far from Ajmer on 13.08.2006 by his wife Mrs. Malti Devi Pareek and family. Since then till today, this college is moving towards continuous progress in the present form by climbing the steps of development.
During this period, this college got the opportunity to welcome many Politicians like son in law of Shri Bhairon Singh Shekhawat (Ex Vice President) Shri Narpat Singh Ji Razvi MLA Vidhayadhar Nagar Jaipur ,Smt. Anita Bhadel MLA (Ajmer South), Shri Vasudev Devnani MLA (Ajmer North), Educationist like Dr. Badri Prasad Pancholi, Dr. Bhagirath Singh Ji VC MDSU, Smt. Ashu Choudhary SDM Pushkar, and Renowned scholars on various occasions.
Pushkar’s first women’s B.Ed college which promotes girl education considering the ideals of Shri Pareek as paramount. The college has been giving 100 percent results for the last 18 years, and most of the girl students studying here have also been selected for government services.
